Oseme charges vigilante group on peace, development

·        Urges Okada riders to support Okowa's Govt

It was a time of ovation in Aniocha North Community when the long lasting leadership tussle among the Aniocha North Vigilante Group was resolved by the Chairman, Aniocha North Local Government Area Hon. Chuks Oseme.

Oseme who resolved the leadership tussle at the Ugboba community when he played host to the Aniocha North Vigilante group on 31 December, 2016, to proffer solution on the security matters in the communities in 2017.

According to the chairman, the leadership of the group should be rotational so that peace will reign among the group in order to achieve the purpose for which it was set up.

"What i want is peace in Aniocha North and i want to use this opportunity to resolve this matter once and for all so that in 2017 all hands must be on deck to ensure that we maintain peace and order in the council area," he stressed

While he appealed to the new leadership of the vigilante group to carry everybody along, Oseme admonished the group that synergy among themselves  and other security agents would help in curbing crime effectively in the area.

He said " there should be synergy among you, vigilante in Issele-uku should be able to communicate with vigilante in Onicha-ugbo, Ukwu-Nzu, Onicha-Olona or Ugboba. With this synergy, the job will be easy  for all of us and therefore perpetrators of evil will not have their ways"

He lamented the recent tragedy that struck Idumuje-Ugboko where a family was murder in cool blood.
  
Similarly, Oseme urged Okoda Riders Association in the area to support the government of Governor Ifeanyi  Okowa and it's S.M.A.R.T agenda, appealing to them to be law abiding citizen and give peace a chance while they do their daily businesses

" I also decided to host you people because i know that Okada is a very important business because it has reduced unemployment in the council area and the state at large. Therefore, we won't play with you people, most of you are graduates and our governor, Okowa has rolled out many programmes, so if it has not come to you, be patient in no distant time it will get to you," Oseme assured
