The Founder and General Overseer of Cornerstone
Christian Church Worldwide, Archbishop (Dr) Isaac Eguono Etidia
has inaugurated the Effurun branch of the church as Regional Headquarters.
Etidia, who spoke shortly after the inauguration at
the church auditorium in Effurun, noted that the branch has contributed to the
growth of the church in no small way just as he commended the leadership of the
church for establishing other two branches in Jeddo and Ugbokodo communities in
Okpe Local Government Area.
In his brief speech after the inauguration, the resident/senior
pastor of the new regional headquarters of Cornerstone Christian Church,
Reverend Anthony Ogbeqwi expressed gratitude to God for the upgrading of
the Effurun branch of the church as he stating that the church which is under
zone nine of Cornerstone Christian Church has won a lot of souls for Jesus
Christ and also delivered so many oppressed persons.
He also expressed appreciation to the general overseer
of Cornerstone Christian Church Worldwide, Archbishop Etidia for upgrading of
the church to a regional headquarters.
The epoch making event featured rich drama
presentation and cultural dances by members of the church.
High point of the occasion was the formal
inauguration of the church by Archbishop Dr Isaac Eguono Etidia.
The event was richly attended by members from other
branches of the popular churches and invited guests from far and near.
