Projects’ completion ‘ll bring prosperity to Ukwuani people, says Ochor


The Executive Director Social Services Development on the board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas development Commission, DESOPADEC), Hon Ochor Chris Ochor, has assured that the completion of some ongoing government projects in the Ukwuani Local government Area of Delta State will bring prosperity to the people of the area.
 The Executive Director made this known when the Chairman of the Board, Chief Williams Makinde and other staff of the board visited some projects in Umutu community, which are of interest to the commission recently.
According to Hon Ochor, the inspected projects will add to the economic development of the people, especially when projects like the Skill Acquisition Centre, the Market and the Bridge across the Ethiope River is completed.
Hon Ochor said the completion of the bridge will bring up Umutu to the Outside world as the old Agbor/Sapele road will be again be put in use.
Speaking further, Hon Ochor said when the skill acquisition centre is completed it will add as a plus to the smart agenda of the present government, as the centre will be used for the various training of manpower for the youths of the area.
