Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi
Okowa has felicitated with the Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of
Assembly and member representing Ndokwa East State Constituency, Rt. Hon.
Friday Ossai Osanebi, on his 36th birthday anniversary describing him as a
great Prosperity Ambassador of the SMART Agenda and pride to the legislative
institution.

Governor Okowa, in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Charles Ehiedu Aniagwu, said Delta State is blessed to have unstinting and generous lawmakers in the class of Hon. Friday Osanebi.
"On behalf of my family, the government and people of Delta State, I celebrate with a munificent giver, Hon. Friday Osanebi on the occasion of his 36th birthday anniversary on Thursday, October, 7th 2016.
"It is on record that the Executive and Legislature in the state have had good and harmonious working relationship because you have assisted the Speaker immensely in providing leadership as Deputy Speaker.
"We appreciate all your efforts in ensuring that our people are empowered to experience the prosperity we have promised. We thank God because your colleagues made a good choice when they unanimously chose you as their Deputy Speaker over a year ago".
"I therefore charge you to continue in your quest to ensure a better standard of living for all even as we seek further ways of partnership in our quest to bring prosperity to all Deltans.''
Apart from bringing joy to many hearts and homes through his philanthropic gestures, Governor Okowa also commends Hon. Osanebi’s love for humanity, especially the less privileged, by setting up a foundation that caters for the needs of others.
He prays that the almighty God will grant the young Deputy Speaker, wisdom, long life, good health and more strength.
“Our prayer is that God will give you long life, strength and ability to serve the people for many more years,”
The Governor wished Hon. Osanebi, members of his family, his constituents and supporters all over Delta State and beyond a very happy celebration of his birthday.
