The Minister of State for Petroleum, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu has
apologised to Nigerians for his comments over the lingering fuel scarcity that
has caused hardship to many commuters and which even affected the Easter
celebration.
The Minister while appearing before the Senate Committee on
Petroleum on Tuesday however promised that contrary to the earlier statement
credited to him said that the fuel scarcity and queues will end by April
7, 2016.
