Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa has appointed Mr.
Michael Akpobire as the substantive Executive Secretary of the newly
established Delta State Vocational and Technical Education Board.
The Secretary to the State Government, Rt. Hon. Festus Agas
said in a statement that the appointment is with immediate effect.
