Delta Speaker urges women to be submissive

The Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Monday Igbuya on Wednesday appealed to women to be submissive to their husbands.

“Wives, submit yourselves to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. It is only when the woman is totally submissive to the husband, that the man can show love. And husbands must love their wives with tender and faithful affection. It is very difficult to have two heads of authority” the speaker said.
