former Chief Judge would be missed by all whose lives he had touched in many
ways in his "very fulfilled and achievements-laden life.”
"On behalf of the government and
people of Delta, I mourn the exit of a legend, a legal titan, former Chief
Judge of Delta State, and Pioneer Chairman of the Delta State Independent
Electoral Commission, (DSIEC), Hon. Chief Justice James Omo-Agege.
"Justice Omo-Agege's life-long
dedication and indefatigable commitment to serving the people of the state will
be missed.
The governor joined the Omo-Agege’s
family, friends, associates, especially the Senator representing Delta Central
