Delta Exco approves appointment of monarchs, road projects, more schools

Mr Ukah said that similarly EXCO has also ratified the appointment of HRM, Obi Okolo Obaiye as the Obi of Onicha-Ukwu kingdom in Aniocha North Local Government Area and the appointment of Obi Akazue Gbemudu II as the Ogbeleani of Illah kingdom in Oshimili North Local Government Area.

The Executive Council spokesman stated that in addition, the state government has also approved the distribution of Branded Waste Bins at subsidized a rate of N10, 000.00 for outright payment to enable households properly package their waste for onward collections by waste disposal agents.


 Mr Ukah added that as part of government’s drive to provide affordable education to children of school age, EXCO has also approved the establishment of public primary and secondary schools in selected communities in Iku North East, Warri South, Ughelli North and Ughelli South Local Government Areas.
